Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

Note: Certain items such as gift cards, downloadable products, and personal care goods are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
